Khatri International Inc. has completed the Landscape and Waterproof Renovation project at an exclusive 22 story high rise complex located on the Wilshire corridor. This project represents the accomplishment of several design + construction partners, led by Khatri over the past 3 years of effort. The project timeline was compressed to a 9-month schedule and we thank our partners and the client for working to completion. This involved steel beam retrofit repair in the garage, water proof installation on the pool decks, new landscaping, walkway areas, and renovation of the deck with new colored concrete. Total of $5 Million project completed in 9 month construction schedule.
