Khatri International Inc. is the Engineer of Record and CM-PM lead for the repair of drainage and structural engineer/architect design services on this project renovation since 2022. This is an active project.
Dr. Khatri, PhD, PE, SE, is the Principal Project Manager, Engineer of Record, and provides the following scope of work:
1. Construction Management
2. Project Management
3. Structural Engineer/Forensic Evaluation of the building/parking deck/foundation.
4. Landscape Architect design of pool deck
5. Waterproof repair of the first-floor level
6. Civil Engineer Drainage Plan
7. Engineer inspection QA/QC
Total project cost = $1,400,000
