Khatri International Inc. is the Engineer of Record and CM-PM lead for the SEISMIC retrofit since 2022. This is an active project.
Dr. Khatri, PhD, PE, SE, is the Principal Project Manager, Engineer of Record, and provides the following scope of work:
1. Construction Management
2. Project Management
3. Structural Engineer/Forensic Evaluation of the parking structure.
4. Seismic repair plans
5. Engineer inspection and QA/QC
Total project cost = $1,600,000
