Khatri International Inc. has been working with the owners to remodel the interior units by upgrading/opening up the space to create open floor plans. This involved careful engineering to assure the interior walls could be removed and open up the interior rooms with a more spacious feel. Khatri International Inc. has also designed the penthouse unit expansions to increase their floor footprint area.
