Dr. Khatri, PhD, PE, SE, was the Principal Project Manager, Engineer of Record, and provided the following scope of work:
1. Construction Management
2. Project Management
3. Structural Engineer/Forensic Evaluation of the building
4. Landscape Architect design of pool deck
5. Waterproof repair of the first-floor level
6. Civil Engineer drainage plan
7. Engineer inspection QA/QC
Total project cost = $5,100,000
Time Frame = 14 months construction
